Today I have just read others. Say what is the chance of the CEO asking for more $?/?

if he thinks it's bad do they have the clout with a 23% of the company to make a
diff.?/? would the stockholders vote here for or aginst make a diff? I wonder
what there is in debt that should go with the deal? I wonder what the net gain
on sales for this year will be v/s next?

Way to many questions I guess. Well any ideas out there?
