Janice: I haven't really followed that other thread that concerns the lawsuit, I read the post concerning the lawsuit maybe one or two others.
It seems to me that the lawsuit was posted on SI for the intent of intimidation..whether or not spider and rico's accusations/questions/statements are correct is really beyond me, I dont even know what is going on.

However, I guess if they are right the guy loses, and I guess if they are wrong then they lose.
That's as far as I can go with it, I am not an attorney.

However looking at the aznt thread there becomes kind of a puzzle to me.

All I can see really is that so far both sides have been inaccurate in what they said was going to happen.

There's no squeeze yet, but the stock hasn't tanked.

This is really a weird situation, here.
