I think one more is a share price of at least 4-bucks for 10 consequtive days....I think, to get on NASDAQ, plus a 4 million dollar capitalization, I have heard. But, I agree becoming fully reporting and on the NASDAQ along with this companies aggressiveness and competitiveness in this field....and watchout!! Chuckr
