so, let me get this straight. while
u and others hint to the honesty/integrity of
the posters long gone due to suspensions
or otherwise, that is OK.

but if i call u or others a whiner, thats bad.

and if i call JHP, who is an obvious loser
with nothing but time on his hands, a loser
after he repeatedly harasses and bashes the
investors here, thats bad?

i would say to u, open your eyes.

as far as my prediction, maybe i should have
said in the next month "or so" .

the bottom line is....i am expecting significant
progress in terms of hardware and FNET
revenue this quarter. i am expecting sequential
increases from the last quarter. i wouldnt be
surprised if we see some fairly significant
hardware sales and some other possible "X"
factors.

i feel that the stock is down to its current level
primarily due to the financing arrangement.
without the financing arrangement, i think we
would have held $2 range easily.
the conversion of the preferred shares is still
an issue. until all of the shares are converted,
we may see an "artificial" lid on this stock at
about $1.15. the holders of the preferred shares
will want to convert to get the maximum amount
of common stock. until they have converted every
last share, i do not feel that we will move much
above the $1.15 level. HOWEVER if we have
significant news, we may force the prefferred
shareholders hands to convert because the demand
for the stock will outstrip their ability to control it.

bottom line, business right now for Franklin is the
very good. Buswell is the savior and is doing a
fantastic job in righting the ship. the stock may not
take off real soon, but I am confident that it will
be no less than double where it currently is at within
the next 2 months.
