Rudedog, as you've surmised, I don't think that this is anything other than garden variety litigation that the Company is faced with on a yearly basis- just someone else trying to capitalize on a great company. Perhaps they should've bought DELL stock, instead of sinking all of that money into R&D for their little power-saver... Regards, LoD
