Yes, I saw that and I also posted the article about the decrease of working hours in Europe. The author fails to recognize that the costs of these programs make it difficult for businesses to hire employees, thus keeping poverty high. So, how does one increase the income of the poor? That article came from the World Socialist web site BTW.
