All in all, I thought that the CC went well, but among all the talk about design wins, fab yields, etc., the bottom line got somewhat obscured. What I came away with is this,

NSM had revenues of $510MM and expects a 6-8% increase next Q which gets them to about $550MM, BUT, and this did not come out until near the end of the call, NSM needs about $630MM to break even. So unless there is a dramatic upside suprise next Q or so, NSM needs 2-3Q of 6-8% revenue growth just to break even!! And of course if business should slow down, then watch out below.

PS In today's LA Times there was aCircuit City ad for a CTX notebook for $1200 with a 266 MHz Media GXm CPU!! I don't remeber this speed ever being actually announced as a shipping product.
