From October 3rd that makes it at the beginning of next week the certificates will be coming back to the shareholders that sent them in then. I wonder if that will really happen?

Until Mike Sylver registers with the SEC to act as his own transfer agent, he can only issue a total of 500 certificates.

As I understand it he's not yet done so. Therefore I imagine the answer to your question is "no".
