1st Prod. Line=4 mil batteries/yr 1st qtr, + a new line each qtr at 7 mil/yr. The first line will be run at the lower speed for fine tuning. According to the company, 4 production lines are already on order and the Ireland plant has room for 10 lines.

It seems to me that with an estimated wholesale price of $10-$20 ea, a profit of at least $3/batt and production of 10 million (minimum) batteries = $30 million. Battery production would then enhance profits by $30mil/21.7mil sh=$1.42/sh. With a PE of 33 (like Duracell) the share price would be $47.

This may be how Don Wollenchuck, market letter writer and guest on the Nightly Business Report, had calculated when he predicted that Valence would become a $65 stock.
