Jack,

The biggest potential downside is an ongoing investigation by a U.S. Attorney as to whether their MegaMania game is a Class II or Class III game. Management is confident that their current Class II classification will be upheld in court, if it ever gets that far. They have a ruling from the National Indian Gaming Council that supports their view. (The NIGC was created by congress for this purpose, so a review by a U.S. Attorney was really odd.)

I'm a Christian, so I don't gamble at all. I've never even set foot in a casino. I have played Bingo a few times when I was a kid, but nothing recently. It was even a stretch for me to invest in a Bingo stock. <g>

I saw a picture of one of the MegaMania machines in a newspaper article, and there is a downloadable program on their web site which gives you an idea of what it's like. Their web site is at betnet.com.
