Peter, From the jungle drums I am hearing, the story will change dramatically if it ever gets to the Senate. Suddenly there the votes will start to be either for or against lying. Not a lot of Senators want espouse and condone lying. Hell, half the country does not bother to vote because they assume all politicians are damned liars anyway. I think there may be a lot of Senators who suddenly find that condemning liars and supporting truth has merit. I think the White House knows this and that is why they are pulling out all the old FBI files and pounding the fence sitters so hard at this time. Scuttlebutt is that they are really pouring on the blackmail and holding out lots of carrots. One can hope. Floyd
