Joe's "hot tip" on SER was that it was going to be acquired, supposedly by a third party. The SER/Impac merger has been known and in the works since March. This merger news is pretty much already built into the price of the stock. Agreed that we shouldn't see drastic movement in SER just from closure of this merger. Gator
