"I guess the real question is how WCII defines the top 50 cities."

True, Brian. As has been noted here earlier, their goal is to be in the top 50 US and top 50 world markets. Since the plan is to move into Europe, perhaps that goal should probably be read as "top 50 European markets". The term "markets" also implies income per capita (I think even Copenhagen has a higher per capita than New Delhi, huh?). So any probe into which cities/markets those are needs to include income as a factor. Would it be as easy as ASKING investor relations, instead? (hehehe). Have a good weekend!

Jim
