Frost, I agree with that post's prediction but don't forget that this is contingent on the "IF" part. IF Leland Wilson does something right for a change and IF he finally figures how to get his head out of his ass and IF he is FINALLY able to finalize a reasonable deal for a domestic partner and IF that partner has good marketing sales abilities THEN we will have much brighter days ahead of us. I believe that once a domestic partner is announce the institutions will once again buy into Vivus. We could see 60% + institutional ownership as in the days of the past. Let the EU news be disseminated over the weekend. This along with some strong script numbers just may give us that boost back above 5.
