The story is about how the MM now have to provide best price visibility on the 100 share orders now as compared to the 1000 share orders before, and how this was supposed to level the playing field for the small investor. However, it has caused some MM to back away from some securities, especially small-cap stocks, and how the market for the these securities has been actually getting worse rather than better. Brent
