No conspiracy there, rh, just good sound biz practice. Almost without fail, all commodities bids get backed off from by all buyers for one simple reason: protection!!! This holds true for everything from the lowly bushel of oats to the lofty troy oz of platinum. You see, without the 'live' futures' markets open for trading, there is no authentic basis for determining price, so it is open season on the weekend customer, either buying OR selling. OKAY? O/49r
