This girl just got real ugly. I suspect SBL will leave them alone to languish.

Maybe, if TLXN drops significantly from here, they'll let it languish awhile and then offer something in the range of $28 - $32. This will allow most shareholders to turn a major loss into a modest profit, making the deal very attractive to them.

Is this a buying opportunity? I don't think so, at least not yet. Most stocks that suffer this kind of news-driven freefall continue lower. AFCI did it this summer. PRXL did it this fall. There are others.

Management did very little to assure investors that the future will get any better. The press release said management will "try" to increase sales in an effort to boost revenues and earnings. "Try" isn't good enough for me. I'm certainly not buying.
