I take some exception to your comment about the RUT moving decidedly south today. The MACD-Hist shows the MA convergence flat with an ever so slightly downward bias. Draw your own conclusions but this time around the RUT is not participating in the correction nor has it preceded it. This could be the beginning of an outperformance period of the RUT over the SP and DOW.
