I also heard that same rumor about a GE buyout of BA. Apparently the "breakeven" point is BA at 38. Anything below that makes BA a very desirable takeover candidate. Today I heard another rumor of a possible buyout of the Commercial portion of BA by MHI (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries). This worldwide merger madness is generating a lot of rumors. I understand that there is a BA BoD meeting on Monday...
