cti is not really waiting for sec clearance for any one thing they have the goal of being a fully listed stock and out of the bulletin board category i believe they need to be fully reporting and over $6 for a period of time to have full nasdaq status to raise capital it helps to be fully listed there are many brokerages that will not buy your stock unless you are fully listed and on nasdaq to raise capital to fight off competitors they will, like most companies, be able to use stock value to go shopping at least that is the TYPICAL reason companies want to be public and listed curtis
