Mal: Just a class action against Bear Stearns - it has nothing to do directly with SSGI or any of the other companies listed in the complaint. All kinds of companies on the list - good, bad and defunct. Bear-Stearns was allegedly artificially inflating stock selling prices to buyers. Wally
