Badger, the only earnings projections I have seen for IDX are for .13 for the year. I have no idea how analysts can figure that. These same analysts had IDX being profitable last year. They would have been except for their aquisitions. At their annual meeting the company authorized more shares, for what? Using them to buy another company or to raise capital would dilute earnings. I don't think they authorized them for nothing, as the company has shown that they want to compete for market leader, through r+d and aquisitions. IMO I think the company can meet or exceed the .13 for the year if all things stay the same. But I don't think they will. In the short term they will be against a quarter with a .03 loss last year, so anything on the positive side will look good. Looking further out Standard and Poors Report reports .19 cent loss third quarter last year. Barring anything unforseen they surely would blow that away with or without Oracle. Don't see much down side risk here,at least until after the third quarter, but there is no such thing as a sure thing.Steve
