Dear Jane:
Welcome back to our little prayer closet right here in the midst of this mammoth media called Silicon Investor.In this little obscure closet the presence of the Lord is found. It could be a janitorial closet or maybe a storage room or file room tucked away in the basement in a far corner. And here the Lord is ! Not very far away from the hustle and bustle, the shouting and cussing, the avarice and ulcers, but here the Lord is found. It is so quiet here. Peaceful. A few rowdy ones find their way in here occasionally but they quickly find out it is no place for them. It is a place to find the presence of the Lord and might I add that the presence of the Lord is to ENABLE and to BLESS. This is not a place for those without law or for those with no authority over them. It is a place of order. No disfunctionality here, no tragedies, no panic. Just peace and rest. And an abiding love from the Lord that enables and blesses and for all those that enter in, a place of rest or respite. A place to ask the Lord to fulfill and bless, and intercede, and comfort, and make joyful and happy and whole, and healed all in Jesus name.
Many times when you enter there are one or two others here but most of the time it's just you and the Lord, or me and the Lord, and sometimes just the Lord.
