This company is a joke. For all their fancy business plans and technology, they can't bill straight. I used to have AT&T and pay $30/mo. Now I have RCN and they send me bills for $100+. I'm dumping them. I just with I could dump their crap stock where I bought it. A guy I work with gets free cable from them. They're too stupid to send him a bill. RCN sucks and will never be anything near what they boast about becoming. McCourt your head is up your ass.
