Gord I am one of the ones that hasn't been or out of ARP until today. I got in today because I have now been convinced that the least I should be able to sell my stock for is $5.50. I know that is not guaranteed but when you think about it, Barrick would agree to pay 5.50 if ARP management changed their minds wouldn't they? I don't see ARP having to now accept $4.00 because Barrick backs off. Especially since not all assays are in yet. It was almost too fast for Barrick to make this offer so I am surmising that they know this is still a good deal at $5.50. My speculation then is just how far will ARP rise before a deal is struck. It seems to me just about as sure as an investment as I have ever seen. If I win the $6 to $10 range seems possible...maybe more who knows. If I loose I should at least get my money back. Am I missing something here? Comments anyone.
