If the market thought Clinton was going to be impeached we would be heading to new lows on the major indexes.
Say what you will about him. The Street is happy with him as president(at least with a Republican Congress).
It's Tom Delay and the other conservative idealogues who would be responsible for a 2,000+ point drop in the Dow.
He reminds of Hec management in a way. They are both scapegoats.
