Could you explain more on how SOES trading will be affected
by the new market rules?

As I understand it now, SOES bandits manipulate stocks
with many buy or sell orders then sell or buy their position
by the end of the day to avoid actually paying for the stock.
Am I correct?
Marshall says the MM's wait for this to happen
to pick up stocks cheap at the end of the day. Do you agree?
This explains USRX's sharp sell-off at end of the day on moderate volume?

The last three times this happened USRX gained what it lost and
more the first trading day after.

Thanks in advance
John
