Level 8 Systems has been strong and gradually moving up since their last quarterly report. They are clearly an interesting player in message queuing and EAI and they have a strong Microsoft partnership to leverage. The big question here is how well they can execute in light of the ongoing delay of Microsoft in delivering NT 5.0. In any case, somebody must be starting to feel positive since LVEL is moving up. There is a very small float of this stock out there. So, if folks start paying attention to this one there will be a small supply of stock to meet the demand.
