Greg:

I'd like to ask you a question from your market experiences, please.

you mention a stock that has a p/e of 80, and add that they had better have a huge 4Q. from your experience, how does the market generally react to a small cap company that shows strong earnings from operations, with continued earnings momentum, but posts a loss due entirely to writing off the costs of an acquisition?

does the market generally ignore the loss and concentrate solely on operating results, or does it sell off due to the extraordinary charge?

thank you for your input.
