FYI

I spoke with Elizabeth Truaxe, Head of investor relations with Valence
Technology. I present to you the information I gleaned from our
conversation. To the best of my ability I will recall and use her
words.

1. A group of professional investors toured the Ireland facility
recently. This was to be a fact-finding mission.

2. It would be incorrect to assume that a press release was imminent.
The investors would need time to complete their analysis prior to any
announcements. This could take a substantial amount of time.

3. When asked who the professional investors were, Ms Truaxe declined
to say.

4. The first large battery line is operational at this time.
Fine-tuning is taking place as I write.

5. The small battery line has been received, and is in the process of
being installed.

6. The first OEM samples should not be expected until the first of the
year. It would then be up to the prospective client to test the sample.
Only after successful testing would Valence expect commitments and
contracts.

7. The January 27 deadline should be made to obtain second phase
financing from Castle Creek. Ms Truaxe was uncertain what would
happen if requirements were not met.

8. Ms Truaxe spoke with Lev Dawson yesterday. Although he was happy to
see the stock break into the two-digit arena, he was
concerned it would create another opportunity to short the stock.

9. When asked about the CFO issue, Ms Truaxe said Lev Dawson was
working on this, and was looking for someone who might also
assume the role of chief operations officer. She assured me that
investors of Valence would be very pleased with the selection when
announced

In my opinion, Valence has been necessarily quiet to this point. I am
convinced that a production line is up and running. I also assume there
are bugs to work out. Of course Lev Dawson must be concerned regards
the January deadline. He would be a fool not to be. Further, it is
unfathomable to think professional investors were allowed on the
property without something substantial to see. Finally, it is plausible
to
assume a CFO will be announced in the near term. However, I see no
benefit in show casing these projects and events until their
successful completion.

News will come of Valence Technology. Good or Bad. I believe good news
is a strong possibility. That analysts were allowed on the
property, ostensibly to view the first volume production line of
lithium polymer batteries, is bullish.

I now ask all of you to help in the quest of responsible information on
this message board. Rather than speculate or hype, why not call Ms.
Truaxe at 208 233-8323. Of course other sources of information will
obviously be helpful.

Regards

Robert Pointer
