I put a market sell order in today but haven't checked back to see if it traded or not. My original stake was 23,000 shares which were then reduced to 2300 shares by the earlier reverse split. I lost big time here on faith that the debt was really behind us when Rubin and company pronounced they made all those settlements with the creditors and then we were also suppose to have made some money on the buy out of the lease in Vegas. Of course, in reality it's been a downhill stock for a couple of years. Yes I hope there's a lawsuit - I'll gladly put in my 2 cents. Bill F.
