Let's hope that Consumers Report gives an honest, favorable report on our NiMH batteries, since they were favorable towards the ni-cad batteries, a technology that is forty years old, highly toxic, with a severe memory problem, with less than half the energy density, along with considerably fewer re-charge cycles than our battery. This should be very interesting to see just how honest and fair Consumers Report is. Their report could be highly educational for the general public, for better or for worse.

This will be a real test on their credibility. The question waiting
to be answered is whether the auto, or oil, or battery industry
owns or can buy off Consumers Report magazine, or, are they really a legitimate and reliable source. My reason for raising this question is
that I cannot imagine how anyone in their right mind could conceivably give ni-cads, a forty year old technology with all of its severe and dangerous shortcomings a favorable review. They have to be suspect under these circumstances.

We shall see.

Regards.
