I agree that esst is a good company and a tough competitor of cube. However I believe both companies have a bright future, and there is pleanty of room for other players as well. Currently there is about a 3% market saturation, which leaves another 97% to be tapped. You are living a fairy tale if you think esst is going to hog that 97%. Cube is positioned well and revenues are growing at a break-neck speed. revenues has tripled year to year for the first half of 96. When all the dust settles Cube will emerge as the leader. I perdict that by Feb. 1 cube will be trading in the low 40's. I see esst testing 33 then failing that test, then droping back to the mid 20's.

Yes I know about competition, and market share. I remember Chrysler
at $3.00 a share. At one point GM had a better car, later Chrysler had a better car. Both companies survived because there was room for both players, subsequently both companies prosphered. I don't see chapter 11 for cube as your post suggest, neither do I see chapter 11 for ESST, that is a ridiciulas statement as are your thoughts on CUBE.
CUBE is the leader in this growing industry group, ESST is the laggard and will continue to chase Cube. You have failed to convince me that I should be shorting CUBE, but I would be shorting esst at these prices, for the recent rally in esst has already factored a good earnings report. Ever hear of: Buy the rumor sell the fact?

good luck c-ya!
