Heyy Radim, Heads up on using M & A as a back door for listing, it is my understanding that practice is no longer allowed. Companies must go through the normal process of applying and meeting all criteria regardless of new or existing application. This process has been getting tighter since the announced merger of NASDAQ & AMEX and will continue to IMHO, further they are quicker to delist anyone who is not meeting the criteria once listed, will this make the AMEX more attractive in the future we shall see. There is something to be said for a $3 share price min vs $4 for NASDAQ and the buyer:seller system although not as glamorous for Shareholders who like action and froth built into their investment, would be a safezone for emerging companies that want out of MM/Day Trader/Pump & Dump madness while they build company to next levels.
