enigs, i agree that most republicans were carrying around a vendetta against slick willie. of course, janet reno allowed them to go witch hunting. his own appointy thought that said witch hunting was appropriate. having said that, the guy always did seem to be around trouble and brought some of this on himself.

people ALWAYS try and keep just about any crime they commit secret as well as every adultery. that doesn't make it right. ESPECIALLY in the case the case of the guy or gal holding the #1 elected official in the us.

don't worry, he isn't going to get booted from office. his record is just going to have a huge blotch on it and his ego will be deflated.

this is probably as it should be.

btw, congress, as a branch, is every bit as important as the office of the president. he did what he had to do and they do what they have to do.
