mike, hey, bilow, an opinion i respect, said that his company was gladly switching from altr to xlnx due to xlnx's new product line - even though it was a costly switch. in that vein, maybe altr is a better downside candidate as they may be losing market share in aweak environment. in addition, altr is right up near its 52 week high...
