Given the market's evaluation of INF, isn't CBS stock, at present levels, undervalued by perhaps $10 or $15? Perhaps I'm naive, but what am I missing? Why hasn't CBS stock gone up? The Network and TV stations alone have to be worth more than $4 and change -- the net present valuation after factoring in the market value of remaining INF shares.

Question #2: if you had $10,000 to invest in CBS and/or INF where would you put the money today for best results in a year? My inclination is to put it all into CBS on the theory that INF shares held by the company will be eventually distributed to shareholders but I'd welcome contrary comments. Maybe CBS still has some stigma attached to it from the Tisch' botch job and the initial WX days while INF is the new powerhouse kid on the block with lots of good Street vibrations behind it but (a big but) CBS owns most of it.

Thanks for any thoughts!
