Hi Doug,

I am not up to par on the recent acquisitions by PDG and ABX. My initial impression is that if they are acquiring properties that can be readily mined than perhaps they are positioning themselves for some reason. I do know that PDG recently sold off a 2MM ounce find to m.LLL in Costa Rica called La Crucitas but that could have been for political reasons.

I expect the POG to increase consistantly and remain strong starting with a pick-up in the Asian economy and then the world economy. I have quite a few views regarding the fiat money system but will not go into that. Overall, IMO something MUST spark GLOBAL expansion to help the POG. This would start sparking growth and supply/demand imbalances which would start an inflationary scenario. The POG and the interest rates would start to go up then IMO.
