For what it is worth free advice ! As a PnF chartist all I can say is the PnF chart for the DJIA just came off a High Pole Top and Broke a Double bottom. In plain English turned bearish. The chart of DIA just completed a High Pole Top pattern and its relative strength chart is Sell in a column of Os . Again in plain English with a Brooklyn accent toined bearish.
