Kinda sounds like AOL when they were in the teens. Poor service, busy signals, designed for idiots. Look at the stock now. Perhaps you would be less disturbed if it was "your" bill that RCN forgot to send... I'll be selling half my stake in RCN for tax losses (unless they rebound past 18), and keeping the rest. A lot of people left in the country are not connected, and RCN stands to get a lion's share in the Northeast. james
