Learned a interesting thing about Oscar Gruss...they are a institutional research group hence no need for the news to be released on all the news wires as most of their business is done over the phone with non-retail clients. 14% institutional ownership now,lets see if it goes up in the next few months. On other analyst coverage - maybe they could reiterate their buy rating.??
