John--When you hear the first rumblings on 'market gems,' 'tokyocafe,' or similar threads I for one would appreciate a heads up. (You know where to find me.) I have been watching the put action here and there. Some people have placed their bets on the table already. I expect the short interest in some companies to climb beginning in January. As we know from the Australian Financial Review the cash market is well aware of an impending crunch. The signs of a change in strategy are out there, but perhaps not yet being widely discussed on SI is what we think are the obvious places. Once they are being discussed on SI you will know the train has left the station. "flatsville"
