Gary, I first bought this stock a few years ago when it was called Biotechnology Development. I sold after a double. I got back in last spring after it appeared that management was back on track. I think I can get more than a double this time. I have another stock your investment report may have a look at. Core Technologies[CCOR]is the old Safeguard Scientifics spin off Centercore. In 1995 it almost went under. They acquired Maris in 1993 or 1994. Maris is a protection and monitoring company. They bid and recieved large prison and highway projects. These projects almost put them under. With help from Safeguard they were able to slim down and keep operatiog. They sold off their office furniture business. They now have two divisions. Aero Clean manufactures clean rooms for industry and the health care business. Aero Clean has been above target this year. Their second division Maris has been a problem. Maris is no longer bidding on the large projects which caused their downfall. They are staying with the smaller projects which made them sucessful in earlier days. George Mitchell {Chairman & CEO] states that the carry over of the old Maris projects into 1997 will be quite small with everything completed by the end of the first quarter. Safeguard gave up a portion of their position during the restructuring. They now own 33% versus 66% before.The stock{CCOR] trades on the BB and recent price has been bid-$0,20, ask-$0.33. Of the 10mil shares outstanding, management owns obout 1/3. Yes, I do own quite a number of shares. bob
