Don,
I am in complete agreement with you disgust of Willie. If I had my "druthers" I would prefer that some resolution be passed that would ensure that Clinton would be tried for the charges after he is out of office. I have nightmares of Al (Treehugger) Gore as the president.
Could Clinton be playing a game to get this all behind him with a slap on wrist now, in order to avoid facing the music after he no longer has executive privilege? Could he claim he couldn't be tried again after he is out of the office?
As far as the effect on the markets, I'm not so sure about what this is doing. There is a high correlation between the drop in the markets and these hearings, but maybe its coincidental. Guess we will see next week.
Snow is melting here this morning. Short lived Winter. UGH...
