**OT** All of us are/should be very pleased about ASND @ 60+, but what about our country ???
We are not urging anyone as to what position one should take [ if your are human, can read and write, and believe in the Constitution and the Federalist Papers, it should be clear]; however, what is transpiring in the House Judiciary Comm. is vitally impt. to ALL of us.
If you care about our country, we implore to not sit back thinking you did your part by voting last month. NOT ENOUGH. Please consider spending a few moments to contact your Congressional Representatives. This, right now, is a moment when we all must voice our beliefs. Those without courage, unwilling or afraid to depart from the status quo as we have known it, need to take a moment to reflect on who you really are.
We will not trivialize the magnitude of the ramifications of the process that is occurring at this very moment by discussing how it will affect the market; but, obviously, it would be extremely ignorant for any investor/trader, as well as any American, to think for one moment that the referenced activity doesn't affect you.
The ASND thread is the finest, and truly a microcosm of the best of our democracy. It is the only place where we are posting this message.
