Article in last night's Seattle Times says "Offering was delayed to receive comments on its filings by the SEC. INSP was not issued final approval to go ahead with its IPO and must receive "order of effectiveness" from the SEC before they can sell stock to the public"

No date was mentioned when this "order" might be received or the IPO issued.
