I can't believe that their are only 144 shareholder. In fact I know at least 9 shareholders that were family and friends. Everyone post the # of shareholders that they know outside of SI folks. Let see how many shareholders we can come up with on are own. What is your take on this. Is the company in the SB-2 Janis? "The Company entered into an agreement with a entity whereby the entity will provide the Company with public and investor relations services. Under the terms of the agreement, the Company will issue 150,000 shares of common stock of the Company as compensation for services. At July 31, 1998, those services had not yet been provided."
