Jerry, did you enter your account # with or without the dash? Also, what version of Quciken are you using? I'm using Quciken 98 Basic with no luck. I just get a "signon invalid" message back. I'm sure calling Datek for support will be futile, but i guess i'll try on monday anyway. thanks. Gary
