Tiki, I continue to believe the 1/27 deadline was never or is now a problem, and the date was agreed to with ample time to spare. It has been a very long time since I spoke with anyone at FRB, mainly because it never seemed they had any more up-to-date information than could be obtained by reading the news releases and annual reports etc. IMO It's unfortunate the IR was delegated to some outsiders whose specialty is printing and mailing news releases. If you remember, the company officers spent too much time last year speaking with shareholders on the telephone. When I heard that they were responding to several dozen calls per day, I wondered how much time remained for them to get their work done. As you know, Lev made some major changes and not much time was spent since on the phone with worried shareholders. As I understand it, it is the CFO that has a more direct responsibility to shareholders. Without a CFO, I am still comfortable with the concept that it is more important for Lev and others to simply get the job done. I continue to expect the positive results most have waited so long for.
