And has been so rated for at least the last 90 days. Isn't this a hold rating, not a sell? Also Zacks shows 1 moderate buy, 2 holds and Zack's rates it a moderate sell. Of course this doesn't much change your main point that the bar has been lowered and that hopefully we will see some evidence that their new business strategy is starting to work. RS
